As a seasoned Director of Acquisitions and Project Manager, Adeel has led multi-million-dollar projects with a proven track record of success. His strong negotiation skills, ability to deliver profitable outcomes in challenging markets, and focus on optimizing operations, communication, and budget management have consistently ensured project deadlines are met.

Mark works to assist commercial and residential clients to discover opportunities, resolve challenges, understand local planning rules, entitlement processes, and building codes, He assists in hiring architects, engineers, and contractors, finalizing designs and obtaining permits. Over the past 30 years he developed a national practice and assisted hundreds of firms, individuals, and nonprofits realize their development goals.
Mark is a member of the International Code Council (ICC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA), and the American Institute of Architecture (AIA), and Agile Alliance. Past clients include hundreds of individual home owners and corporations including Microsoft, Boeing, CBRE, Swedish Healthcare Services, and many others.

He oversees operational efficiency across the Acquisitions Department, implementing cutting-edge software and technology to drive performance.Prior to joining AcrePoint Capital, Greg fulfilled the role as an Acquisitions Specialist where he sharpened his financial and real estate analysis skills. The work ethic and dedication he demonstrates was cultivated during his service in the United States Air Force. His proficiency in risk assessment to determine profitable sites has now led to multiple successful acquisitions across the country.
